The guest agrees to respect the rules outlined in the following paragraphs.

Arrivals: Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner.

Departures: On the last day, departures must be no later than 11:00 AM. Please note that if you leave later, an additional night will be charged.

Interruption of stay: No refunds will be issued. Likewise, in case of early departure, the entire stay is due according to the booking conditions. Late arrivals or early departures cannot under any circumstances result in a refund. The capacity of the cottage is limited to a maximum of 9 people; we decline all responsibility in case of non-compliance.

Prohibition: Smoking inside the cottage is strictly forbidden. An outdoor area with ashtrays is available.

Parking: Secured by a gate and private. Your vehicle remains under your sole responsibility. It is advised not to leave belongings visible. As a courtesy, please park coherently so as not to occupy excessive space that would inconvenience others.

Respect for neighbors and the environment: Guests must adopt respectful behavior toward residents and the environment in general: wildlife, plants, furniture, property, and equipment.

Internet access: You have Wi-Fi access in the accommodation – network: WIFI-2.4-3781, code: w4wpy39fzm9dz. You may not alter the programming of the television, boiler, or any other appliance in the cottage.

Waste:

Trash must be deposited in the designated area, with recyclables (PMC) and glass bottles placed in the appropriate bin.

At the end of the stay, all bins must be emptied.

Refrigerators must be emptied and turned off.

The washing machine must be emptied.

The dishwasher must be emptied and dishes put away.

Lights must be turned off and the front door locked.

Animals: Pets are not allowed, including those of visitors.

Candles and incense: Whether for religious or leisure purposes, the use of candles or incense is strictly prohibited.

Cleaning and damages: An additional fee may be charged if the cottage is left in a state of advanced dirtiness. Any damages will be billed.

Horses and pasture: It is forbidden to feed the horses or enter the pasture.

Simple measures: Small, simple actions can make a big difference. We count on your cooperation to:

Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily.

Do not let water run and keep showers moderate out of respect for the planet.

Electric and hybrid vehicles: Charging electric or hybrid vehicles within the cottage is prohibited without written consent from the owner. Please note that charging is not included in the rental fee. Therefore, charging without written agreement will result in a fee of €550 and termination of the rental. Always ask before plugging in.
