renovated villa - very well isolated , almost neutral - rooms are decorated with art, antiques and design items garden and 3 terasses = 3660 m2 the property is situated in a residential area at 1 km from the cent
the host has spent as an expatriate several years in different countries all over the world ( Germany , South Africa, Thailand , New Zealand , France , Saudi Arabia, ...) the host is a sportive person ( jogging. fitness, yoga...) he is also a good golfer
the neighborhood is a residential , protected area a lot of guests are coming for playing golf ( 5 golf courses in the region ) and for cycling ( a lot of cycling routes) also a lot of walking facilities in the region Antwerp is at 20 km, Brussel at 50 km ,Amsterdam at 110 km
