✨ Welcome to my cozy home! ✨ I’ve lovingly renovated my house with an industrial touch, making it perfect for a short stay — whether you’re here for work or to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 🚲🌿 With numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby, I mainly host biking and hiking enthusiasts. You can safely store your bike indoors! 🏠 Your stay: I currently rent out one comfortable bedroom, suitable for up to two guests. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a code for self check-in between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, allowing you to start your stay at your convenience. In the shared dining room and kitchen, you can enjoy free coffee and tea ☕️, use the refrigerator, and of course, WiFi is available. Your private bathroom is located right next to your bedroom. 🍳 Please note: Cooking in the kitchen is not allowed. There’s no TV or air conditioning in the bedroom. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. 🏡 A homestay experience: This is a homestay, which means accommodation only — breakfast is not included. I live here as well. If you’re looking for more luxury, I kindly refer you to a nearby hotel. Quiet hours in the common areas are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 🛏️ Your bedroom: Located on the first floor, with a bed measuring 160x200 cm. Please note: The staircase is steep, so it’s advisable not to bring large suitcases. Two small suitcases are more practical than one large one. ⚠️ Important information: My accommodation is intended for a calm and respectful experience. It is not suitable for prostitution or as a rendezvous hotel. Private reception of (prostitution) clients in the accommodation is strictly prohibited. The guest who books the room will receive the key after presenting valid identification for all guests listed in the reservation. Please do not leave the key in the doorlock , so I can enter my house as well. 😉
