Cozy, well-equipped duplex apartment with beautiful views of the sea, the harbor channel, the marina and the mercator lock. Central location: a few steps from the station, bus, tram ..., the beach, restaurants, vistrap (fish market), the ferry to the east bank. Beautiful living room with sitting area, terrace with a view of the sea, channel and the mercator lock. There is sun from morning till afternoon ( 2 pm), ideal for a cozy breakfast, lunch or an aperitif outside ... Total privacy guaranteed (no view from neighbors or from the street). You can enjoy the passage of the boats or the beachgoers in peace and the crowds at the fish stalls. Completely separate from the living room - through the hall with front door, cloakroom, toilet - you will find a spacious kitchen (induction, oven, microwave dishwasher and all kinds of extras for a nice cookery), complete with dining area, handy trolley, storage room for waste, stock, cleaning supplies. Basement shed: There is a large bicycle shed that you can use.
We offer you : - check-in via key box (you can check-in at any time...) In any case, we ensure that there is a map with all the information about the apartment and what to do, good addresses, tasty restaurants ... you can park for free on the oosteroever (ferry boat - no charge- 50 m from the apartment) Always available by phone during your stay.
- a wide choice of restaurants, fish and chip stands, snacks, ice creams ... - the (free) transfer to the east bank (free parking!) - the "vistrapr": the local fish market where the wives of the fishermen sell the catch from the boats (shrimps, sole ...) - there is a market on Thursday and Saturday morning! - the beach and the dike / promenade: 500 meters - There is an underground parking garage at 50 meters + Churchill parking next to the station. - 50 meters from the (free) ferry to the east bank (free parking). - 300 meters from the station and all connections by bus / coastal tram.
