Situated in an old country residence amidst a green park, this charming B&B offers luxurious, bright guest rooms and a great location in Spa, not far from the train station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. L'Etape Fagnarde offers a convenient base for exploring the beautiful High Fens in the province of Liège. A buffet breakfast is served each morning from 08:00 until 10:00. It includes a range of breads, local delicacies, fresh juices and a variety of special coffees and teas. Weather permitting, the terrace is a great place to sit out with a drink and enjoy the garden. Upon reservation and for an additional fee, you can enjoy the property's extended wellness facilities such as a sauna. Built at the end of the 19th century, our house is composed of a main house with 5 guest rooms and a cottage for 5-6 people (former caretakers house)

Spa is a small town of 10.000 inhabitants, calm restful but full of multiple activities. During the annual events, there are the Francofolies, the 24h of Francorchamps, Formula1 and many other events. Our B&B is located in a residential area located 8 minutes walk from the city center or the station of Spa.
