This is an unique experience ! You can check in from 14.00 p.m and go sail with this tiny house on the lakes, then stay overnight on our floating tiny house. Very basic accomodation, no luxury, no bathroom, no watersupply. Beds with matrasses. You can go out and sail with this tiny house on the lake, it has an outboard engine and we provide sailing information. You stay overnight in our harbour. The toilet is very basic, a plastic camping-toilet , no water supply. There is kitchen-gear and cooking device on gas. No electricity, no light. Only candles or batterie-powered lights on request. But very romantic stay on the lake, waves will rock the boat gently. Breakfast is an extra and you can check out till 12.00 a.m. , a small boat trip in the morning sunset is still possible ! How romatic can it be ? Basic accomodation but very lively experience !

We are Mark and Helena, we will provide you with all the information you need to stay in this tiny house-boat. In our harbor you can also rent a sailing boat, SUP, Kanu or motorboat. We have an in-house Ebike and E-shopper rental. We love to make you feel comfortable in our harbour where you can sit at campfire in the evening. On request we provide you the key from our clubhouse for toilet and shower. You can also get fresh drinks, beer, wine and chips and candy in our clubhouse.

The lakes are beautiful and in the region to sail and you can go on Ebike, E-Shopper ( rental in our house ) or walking. Renting a sailing-boat, motorboat is also an option. Outlet Center Roermond and Outlet center Maasmechelen are nearby.
