Housed in a former farmhouse, La Maisonnette offers you accommodation of 100 m², 2 bedrooms, peaceful, cozy and unpretentious, at the gates of Tournai. La Maisonnette has an atypical country charm thanks to the vaults of its rustic and functional kitchen, living room and dining room. Our accommodation is composed as follows: - on the ground floor: - an entrance hall with WC; - a living/dining room with sofa & smart TV (Netflix, Prime TV… with your account.); - a master bedroom (160x200 bed, blackout curtains), a built-in dressing room and access to the shower room; - a shower room with sink and WC; - a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, fridge and washing machine); - upstairs (access by the spiral staircase): - a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 and 90x190), sink, Velux with blind and wardrobe. The Maisonnette has a fenced garden with a terrace area. *Please note* • You will have access to Wifi but the wifi is not good most of the time. • Sheets and bath linen are provided. . Parking space. . No electric car charging. . No pets. . No noise between 8pm and 8am (this is a quiet family home). . No smoking. !!! Please note, the fire is not fonctional!!! For lovers of authenticity.
La Maisonnette is located less than 5 km from Tournai train station and 2.8 km from the Grand-Place. This will allow you to discover the Tournai Cathedral, its Belfry and its historical heritage but also its Maison de la Culture (2.4 km). Our cottage is located 24 km from Lille and 28 km from Kortrijk. The motorway is easily accessible, it is 3 km away (but you can't hear it!). A private parking space is available free of charge. As for catering, the maisonnette is ideally located: bakery 100 meters away, butcher's 200 meters away, supermarket 500 meters away, two restaurants and two chip shops less than a kilometer away. For lovers of sport, culture and/or nature: The Mauroy stadium in Lille is 18.7 km away; the Paris-Roubaix crossing 7 km away in the town of Camphin-en-Pévèle, the museums of Tournai 3 km away, the Imagix cinema 4.4 km away, the Pairi Daiza park 55 km away…
