All bedrooms are up a set of 13 stairs, not suitable for the disabled. Willow Room & Cosy Room both for 2 adults. We only accept one group of guests at any time, so if you book all 3, or 2, or just 1 room, you can be sure there will be no other guests during your stay You have access to a large, well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. We offer you a complementary continental breakfast - fresh fruit juice, "bottomless" tea/coffee, selection of breads, cereals & muesli, butter/jam/marmalade/honey, ham, cheeses. Eggs always available, you decide how you want them! The kitchen has a large oak table The B&B is just 1km from the Waterloo battlefield. You are more than welcome to play the piano which is regularly tuned and in excellent condition. We share our home with Giannini, our cat!

We are a married couple whose children have left the family home, now we are renting out their former rooms to tourists and business travelers who want or need to visit Belgium. We enjoy hosting and meeting people, welcoming them into our house. We share our house with our cat, Gianinna! Speak to us in English, Polish, French, or Dutch.
