Hello, I am Jan. I am the inspirer and owner of Cozy Coxy. One of my passions is travelling and hospitality is my second nature. I really value the fact that hosting holiday homes offers me the possibility to meet people form all over the world. When I am on holiday I like to see the 'real deal', eat where the locals eat, find the hidden treasures that only locals know about. That is why I like to give my visitors personalised advise which enriches their trip. I like it when I go somewhere that all facilities are there and I do not need to bother bringing stuff with me. That is why I try to unburden my guests as much as possible (towels and bedlinnen is provided as well as the cooking essentials like herbs, oil, coffee, sugar,... there are plenty of toys for the kids inside the appartment and all beach equipment is foreseen as well). Cozy Coxy is the ideal place for a carefree holiday at the Belgian Westcoast Trendy flat with sea view, near beach and dunes. An ideal base to enjoy the Belgian west coast with friends and family. Tastefully decorated, child-friendly and practical with custom-made furniture and cheerful colours. The mix of authentic and new materials make this place unique and 'cozy'. The spacious living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ideal for a group up to 8 people. The beds and mattresses are top quality and come with bed and bath linen.

Koksijde has the widest beach of the Belgian coast, an extra asset in times of corona. No reservation is required for a visit to the beach. You can also disappear into the dunes. A nice beach walk of fifteen minutes along the dunes brings you to Oostduinkerke where you have an outdoor pool on the seawall. The shrimp fishermen here are also an attraction. The flat is ideally located for exploring the hinterland. There are numerous beautiful cycling routes in the area. The nature reserves of the Dunepanne and the Westhoek are located a few kilometres away. The historical city of Veurne is at 5 kilometres. The Delvaux Museum in Koksijde and the Fisheries Museum in Oostduinkerke (also fun for children) are worth a visit. There is also a cinema with 6 halls in Koksijde. We take extra coronation measures by disinfecting between the different guests in addition to a thorough cleaning. There is a minimum stay of 7 nights in the months July and August, from Friday to Friday. For other months shorter stays are possible, please contact us for this. With the coastal tram you can reach every seaside resort. The coastal tram takes you in 20 minutes to the entrance of Plopsaland.
