Grote en lichtrijke leefruimte met eetgedeelte en aparte zithoek met open haard.
Er is ook een ruimte voorzien om je fietsen te stallen en een kleine speelruimte.
Er zijn 3 kamers en badkamer, 2 slaapkamers met 2 persoonsbed en lavabo, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed en comfortabel zetelbed.
Hele grote troef bij villa James is de gezellige omheinde tuin met terras en tuinmeubelen.

De bescheiden kustgemeente Koksijde/Oostduinkerke beschikt over een onverwacht groot en gevarieerd aanbod aan bezienswaardigheden! Vervelen zal je hier zeker niet.
