Check-in at our apartment is entirely online. Up to 24 hours before check-in, we expect you to provide us with photos of the ID cards of the persons who will be accommodated or their names, date of birth, ID card number, so that we can register them in the tourist system, and in response we send instructions for check-in. The apartment door is initially opened with a code, which you will receive as a message, and in the apartment you will find a card for faster door opening, as well as keys to unlock the 2 provided bicycles - city and mountain, which are at your disposal during your stay. Upon departure, the access cards and bicycle keys are left in the apartment, making sure that the bicycles are locked in the designated places. The apartment door locks automatically after a few seconds after unlocking. Unlocking and locking are confirmed by voice from the door. There is a machine on the front door, which requires additional effort when opening, as it would be difficult for small children under 4 years of age, especially when opening from the outside. There is constant video surveillance in front of the apartment door and in the gallery to ensure maximum security of your stay. The use of bicycles is mandatory after checking their systems before use, in compliance with traffic rules and entirely at your own risk! When parking, they should be locked with the provided chain for immovable objects. In case of soft tires, there is an air compressor and an adapter for connecting it to the electrical network, as well as a convenient pair of sockets by the window, where the compressor can be turned on without having to bring the bicycles into the apartment.

The apartment is about 300 meters from the beach and the sea garden of Burgas, as well as no more than 500 meters from the central Aleksandrovska Street. Lazur Quarter is quiet and peaceful. Near the apartment there is everything you need for relaxation and wonderful adventures, as well as for business activities. Within 300 meters there are 2 public parking lots /Gurko and Pirgos/, where you can park for 14 BGN-20 BGN per 24 hours, as well as in the green zone of the parking lots next to the apartment. The green zone is active every day from 11 AM to 8 PM /during the active season/, and 200 meters away there is a blue zone active only on weekdays from 9 AM to 7 PM, and you have to park your car on the other side of Demokratsiya Boulevard.
