Our spacious one-bedroom apartment has an amazing view that we want to share with you and lots of sunlight.
We are situated at the beginning of the central pedestrian zone where you can find a large variety of restaurants and bars as well as places that celebrate the cultural arts.
The Sea Garden, the beach and the marina are 10-15min by walking. There is direct access to public transport in front of the building that will lead you to the Mall, Airport and Golden Sands.
The apartment is on the 4TH floor with NO LIFT access and consists of:
- One bedroom with double bed
- One bathroom with WC
- Open plan kitchen/ diner/ living area with Sofabed
The living room and lthe bedroom have air-conditioning.
There is a 32 inches smart TV in the Living area with V cable.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the appliances and cutlery needed for a short or long stay. You will also be provided with clean towels, a freshly prepared bed with clean bed linen, toilet paper, toiletries. In addition, we will leave an air dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, and hairdryer.
