The apartment located in the very heart of the town, just a brief walk from the Sea garden, beach, Central Cathedral, the theater, pedestrian area, restaurants and bars, this property offers all the desired areas at your doorstep. The Naval museum is also about 50 metres from the front door. The appartment is perfect for small families, couples and buisness travellers

The appartment is situated in the Greek neighborhood. Its one of the ancient areas in the heart of Varna city. There are lot of archeological places, Roman ruines, museums and churches.There is a public pool, bars and restaurants where can you enjoy the sea view and the beautiful coast of Varna.
