Welcome to Nia House to enjoy a breath of fresh air! Nia Guest House has welcomed guests since 2003 and since then we have always been trying to get every guest the necessary attention and respect, so that his stay with us left only nice and pleasant memories and come back again! Nia House is located in the center of Beli Iskar, only 7 km away from Borovets resort and 55 km from Sofia. . The house has a beautiful yard with a summer garden where there is a separate barbecue area. There are many scenic routes in the area of ​​Beli Iskar where you can escape from the stress and the busy everyday life in beautiful nature and fresh air. Near the village is the beginning of an eco trail passing along the river Beli Iskar and the thirteen bridges over the river - a unique experience! About 4 km. from Beli Iskar are Yastrebets ski tracks, a paradise for winter sports lovers! .  Welcome! Be our guests!
In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop, a post office, a mini market, a chapel, a local church that is unique with its history. 15 km. there is the Tsar Mali Fortress, which guests can visit and visit, Sapareva Banya is 20 km away, where guests can relax in the hot mineral water, after a mountain walk or after skiing. miss out on coffee or pizza at the nearby restaurant!
