Our modern and bright one-bedroom apartment is located near the city center, in a brand new building. The apartment measures 79sqm. It comes with one bedroom with a king size bed and there is a double sofa bed available in the living room. The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped to test out your chef skills. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a couple of famous restaurants nearby. :) The bathroom is modern and comes with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. We also provide coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea. The cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the brand new building, a few steps away from the most famous water park - the Vitosha Boulevard. The Saint Aleksandar Nevski Cathedral, the Boyana Church Museum, Vitosha and other major attractions are easily accessible from the apartment! The location is amazing and convenient to explore the city of Sofia. The grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are just a few minutes of walk away from the apartment.
