There are a number of restaurants and a grocery shop within a short walking distance such as the Black Horse and The Orange House. The area around is generally safe, no past reported issues. Numerous sightseeing opportunities are available within a short drive from the resort. There are a number of caves, best known being Yagodinska Cave, Uhlovitsa Cave, Devil’s throat and Snezhanka Cave, which have been attracting numerous visitors for many years. Other places of interest include Thracian Sanctuaries (Tatul Village, Perperikon, and Belintash), The Canyon of Waterfalls (near Smolyan), rock formations - Chudnite Mostove: "The Wonderful Bridges", The Asen's Fortress and others. A number of local towns and villages can be visited (Devin Aqua Park with mineral water, the old town of Zlatograd, Gella village, Shiroka Luka village etc.) offering relaxing and authentic experiences such as traditional butter, cheese and yoghurt making. Sightseeing in the old town of Zlatograd include visiting the tailor, saddler, cutler, piping, and a goldsmith’s workshops, where visitors can feel the spirit of the past, travelling back to 18th century.
