Luxury studio with everything you need in it. Back yard with table and chairs 30m2 which is at the disposal of the guests!
Private entrance suitable for disabled people and families with prams and small children. 1 staircase to the entrance.
Kitchen equipped with everything, bathroom with washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Clean, quiet and easily accessible.
Free parking on the street in front or parking in the garage behind the lot
There is a new double bed 160 cm and one sofa bed 140 cm.
Perfectly suitable for 2 or 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. Air condition.
