تحتوي جميع فيلات Yagoda على مطبخ صغير، ويتميز بعضها بساونا. وتتكون جميع فيلات Malina من طابقين وتحتوي على غرفة معيشة مع أريكة وتلفزيون ومطبخ مع منطقة لتناول الطعام. كما تحتوي جميع فيلات Yagoda وMalina على تراس مع أثاث خارجي وحمام خاص مع دش.
