The comfortable and spacious apartment is located in the Ilhas Marquesas Residential, in the Raposo Tavares neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Raposo Shopping. It offers an ideal space for families during their stay in the city and comes fully equipped with ceiling fans and safety nets in all rooms, a SmartTV, ultra-fast internet (300 Mbps), Nespresso machine, and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry area. The building features a gym, court, playroom, and parking space.

Additional Rules: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • Check-out time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equivalent to half a day's rate will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 days' rates for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 days' rates will be charged if this rule is breached. • All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the lease without any refund of payments. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be submitted by no later than 6:00 PM on the day of check-in. Failure to do so will result in tenants' entry being allowed only on the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund issued. • Reservation extensions must be requested by 5:00 PM the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • Use of the clothesline on the balcony is prohibited, subject to a fine of five hundred reais. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. •Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee 35.00 reais per night per pet.
