The reservation of any accommodation in this establishment guarantees the choice of the respective category, and not of the location or related floor, which will depend on the automatic choice based on the occupation of the category.

§ 1 In case of recurrence, without prejudice to the penalty of a fine, the judicial authority may determine the closure of the establishment for up to 15 (fifteen) days. (Included by Law No. 12,038 of 2009).
