IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: until 11:00 AM; - If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation are not allowed;- - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period. - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their information. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

Canasvieiras is located in the northern region, between Praia de Jurerê and Praia da Cachoeira do Bom Jesus. The calm waters and infrastructure of the region make Canasvieiras a place to walk with family or friends. Due to the great infrastructure, Canasvieiras Beach works like a small town. It has health services, police, supermarket and commerce. At night, there is no shortage of fun. The streets of the center are close, so it's worth taking a walk and seeing the street performers, stopping at a bar or buying souvenirs. The Canasvieiras sea is open to the north, and is intermediate between the oceanic sea and the bay. The waters, calm, warm and with gentle waves, are ideal for a fun day for families with children. The waves extend on the beach for more than 50 meters due to the gentle slope of the seabed, giving Canasvieiras the classification of Praia Rasa. Canasvieiras Beach and Ilha do Francês.
