Beautiful newly built and decorated house, close to the beaches of the south coast, shopping mall and convention center. It has a garage for cars and motorcycles, a living room complete with TV, wifi, sofa bed and fan. Dining table with 4 chairs, and full kitchen. Our kitchen has a chilled water filter, refrigerator, sandwich maker, popcorn maker, microwave, blender, mixer, induction cooktop, pans, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, tea towels and utensils. The back area has a laundry room with a washing machine, basic cleaning items, a great shower to cool off and a barbecue. The house has two bedrooms, which we will make available according to the number of guests. Some cabinets remained closed, we ask that you please do not open them. The suite has a queen size bed, air conditioning, pillows, bed linen, ceiling fan and 2-door closet. The social room has a fan and a twin bed. Social bathroom with electric shower and soap. The house comfortably accommodates 5 people, our sofa bed is very comfortable, but if you need it, we also provide a double hammock.
