The House is located on PRAIA DO PREÁ, one of the greatest Kitesurf spots in the world.
The Village has excellent support from Supermarkets, Fruit Shops, Pharmacies, Refrigerators and renowned Restaurants.
Casa do Parque is a Condominium House, but it is completely independent.
With its own indoor and covered parking. It has a great balcony equipped with sofas, tables and chairs.
