I would like to share the house rules listed in the ad before booking, in case you haven’t read them yet. House Rules: Maximum 14 guests Check-in / Check-out: 12:00h Pets are not allowed Please protect the living room sofa and bedroom mattresses – do not sit on them when wet Do not move the furniture Living room air conditioning: do not change the temperature, it is already set to the minimum Entrance and service area lights are motion sensor – they turn off 4 minutes after being switched on Do not hang clothes on the balcony support ropes, there is a clothesline on the side of the house Cabinets available for guest use are open Do not touch the refrigerator and cabinets for personal use No glass cups or bottles in the pool area Do not remove or tamper with the pool float Lock the entrance gate with a padlock There are two refrigerators available for your use Close the house in the late afternoon (mosquitoes) Wash and put away the dishes Do not leave any trash – bag it and place it in the bin at the entrance of the property The house must be left in the same condition as found Any damages must be replaced or paid for Loud music is not allowed Smoking inside the house (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed. If it occurs, a cleaning fee + admin fee will be charged, regardless of whether there is odor or not Please do not book if you do not agree with these rules Have a great stay!! Thank you.
