Modern apartment located in Bela Vista, Downtown São Paulo. Situated in a tourist and cultural neighborhood, it offers the ideal space for a stay in the city of São Paulo. It features a Smart TV with Netflix, ultra-fast internet, AC, and digital lock. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, and the bathroom boasts an excellent hair dryer and gas-powered shower. The building also provides a great pool, gym, sauna, and parking spot. • IMPORTANT RULES: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide a photo of an official identification document before check-in for pre-registration. • Visitors are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per pet. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation. • PLEASE READ ALL ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the rental without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the check-in day. If it is not sent by this time, the tenants will only be allowed to enter the following day after 8:00 am, and no refund will be issued. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5pm on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. • The loss or misplacement of the TAG will result in an immediate fine of three hundred reais per item, regardless of the subsequent return of the item. • Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per pet. • Photos of food, beverages, and plants are for illustrative purposes only.
