* NOTE: Pedestrian access is through a side entrance called Riviera Hotel III Concept Residencial, and not through the hotel’s main entrance. Guests must follow the signs marked “Residences” until reaching the reception area, where they will check in and collect the keys, access tag, and garage authorization. * NOTE: The guest must also send an ID and a photo to the franchise for advance registration. * NOTE: The pool and other common areas of the building are not available for guest use. IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: until 11:00 AM; - If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation are not allowed;- - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period. - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their information. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

Within walking distance you will find the famous Itajaí Public Market, where you can taste local dishes and buy fresh products. Furthermore, the Atalaia Municipal Natural Park is an incredible place to enjoy nature, go hiking and observe wildlife. The Igreja Matriz do Santíssimo Sacramento is also an interesting historical landmark. To get around, you can walk to these locations, as they are close to the Itajaí neighborhood. If you prefer, there are efficient public transport options and well-maintained roads to access other destinations in the region.
