Property information

This unique place, close to everything, will provide you with an incredible experience! The apartment is just a step away from the most beautiful coastline in the northeast, and its pool has a breathtaking view of the Cabo Branco barrier! Not to mention that the solarium area is a private VIP area for the events that always take place on Tambaú beach, right in front of the building. Outside, there is a boulevard with excellent shops and cafes, as well as a public promenade, ideal for walking and cycling.

Neighbourhood information

Tambaú is a lively and laid-back tourist hub that stretches along the beach of the same name. This stretch of coastline is lined with palm trees and lined with kiosks selling draft beer, cocktails and seafood, as well as offering live music in the evenings. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still restricted, cyclists and walkers crowd the beachfront avenue lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at stalls at the artisanal market of the Feirinha de Artesanato.
