IMPORTANT: - OBS: Please be informed that the condominium laundry will be temporarily unavailable due to expansion works. - OBS: We inform that the barbecue grills (1 in the pool area and 2 on the 5th floor) are available by reservation through the app, with a usage fee. - OBS: The laundry is available without the need for reservation, with an OMO usage fee. - OBS: The ambient temperature pool (not heated), the gym, and the game room are available without reservation and free of charge. - OBS: The property offers parking spaces that do not accommodate pickup trucks. GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm; - Check-out: until 11:00 am; - If any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 pm, a convenience fee will be charged. - Extra bed/bath linen and cleaning must be requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to a fine; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am; - Any disrespect of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including possible fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, covering a new cleaning service and replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be applied. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as bed sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen replacements can be requested at half the cleaning fee cost.
