The Parque das Ilhas Condominium offers an excellent resort structure with a gym, sauna, children's playground, bar and restaurant, parking, swimming pool, 24-hour reception, games room and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. All this with easy access to the main roads and in a great location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants. - It is not possible to include surplus guests.

Porto das Dunas Beach is located about 20 kilometers from Fortaleza and is a great option for those looking for fun and relaxation without giving up tranquility. The beach offers ideal conditions for swimming and practicing sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. Buggy rides through the dunes are also a common activity in this paradise. Porto das Dunas is located next to Beach Park, the largest water park in Latin America, and on its shore there is a good infrastructure of bars, restaurants and kiosks where visitors can enjoy the rich local cuisine.
