Accessible only by boat/launch. Regular transport available from the terminal in Madre de Deus, hourly from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Private boat available anytime for an extra cost. The crossing takes about 12 minutes. Some areas are shared with the hosts and staff Access requires using stairs. Surveillance devices are present on the property (external areas). No parking available on-site. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm till 8am * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * No visitors allowed * Children and infants are not allowed in the property. * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
