A bright, modern, clean and spacious Villa awaits you! We are part of a larger community of Villas situated on the beautiful shores of Exuma! Enjoy stunning sunsets from the beach, swimming from the beach or pool, kayaking to the mangroves or simply relaxing under the palms. Your vacation Villa is a few short steps from the pool, beach and honor bar where you can keep and savor your favorite cocktail.
Our Villa is conveniently located on the Beach on the west side of the island. We are conveniently located approximately 10-minutes from the Airport and George Town, the primary business area of Exuma.
You will find the area to be quiet and enjoyable during your stay. At the end of the day, many guests gather at the honor bar to enjoy a cocktail socialize and enjoy spectacular sunsets.
We highly recommend renting a car during your stay in Exuma. While there are taxis this can get expensive when traveling frequently to the many exotic beaches. Getting around the island is very easy with one main highway running the length of the Great Exuma.

We accept PayPal only until Booking opens credit card payments to Villa owners. At the time of reservation, a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation, with the balance paid 2-weeks prior to arrival.
We offer a LAST MINUTE PROMOTIONAL 20% DISCOUNT for reservations made 45-days prior to arrival. Last minute reservations requirement payment in full at time of reservation.
