Extras- drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker & pantry essentials (salt/pepper/oil) - main floor • Bathrooms: two ensuites with tub/shower combo in each, towels, hairdryer & toiletries. One of the units has an in-suite washer/dryer - upper level • Outdoor Area: large balcony with BBQ grill • Please note that this unit is located near train tracks. Although there is additional insulation, train sounds can be heard throughout the unit OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • The private entrance is located on the bottom floor, near the assigned parking space • This is a multi-level unit with two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility
