I chose this villa especially for its location. Perched on the banks of the river with the tides, she offers us a show for the eyes continuously. Whether it's the passage of cargo ships, cruise ships or sailboats, whether it's watching the big birds nestling before our eyes or the silence of the sunrise ... you do not want to be somewhere else on earth... I felt in love with the house the moment I stepped in. The unique view from the living room and the Solarium, the large area of the open space, the unique look of the stairs, the impressive ball room with his stones walls, the big kitchen island that can reunite all the family are unique benefits.
Born in Québec City, I studied marine biology but I have worked and traveled for the tourism industry since graduating. Buying and renovating houses is my new passion. I give the opportunity to the guests, all over the world, to enjoy for a moment the residences that I have pampered and chosen with my heart.
Located on a magnificent island, the villa integrates and harmonizes with the decor and culture of Orleans. It is possible to discover all its beauty by cycling around or simply by visiting its historic sites at the rhythm of the tides.
