    The location was great, you could easily walk to the waterfront or a restaurant for a meal. The rooms aren't the biggest, but they had a nice closet, and the beds were very comfortable. The front staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

    The Carlton Plaza is a good location and you can walk to all activities in downtown Victoria. We had a kitchenette which made it easy to dine in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There's a great wine store right around the corner.
