Our studio is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome basket with fresh coffee and treats. You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just a few steps away. We are also located just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
