Welcome to my property. The house offers 3 floors which is perfect for privacy while sharing the common areas of the house such as the kitchen and bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor, along with a bathroom for your convenience. This would suit a person, couple or small family that doesn't like to walk too many stairs in a house. Everything is available to you on the main floor. When you walk up the stairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and a full washroom. There is another set of stairs that will take you to the top floor of the house which offers a private loft bedroom with a lot of space for you to sit back and enjoy. This is perfect for a younger couple that really enjoys their privacy. The property offers private parking in the back of the house for two vehicles, or you can park along the front street. Pets are welcome to my property, please notify me if you are bringing pets with you.

The neighbourhood is safe and it very accessible and close to downtown Winnipeg by bus, bicycle or car. With in a 5 minute walking distance you can find small convenience stores on Henderson Hwy, or on Watt Street. For major grocery stores or shopping centres you are about a 10 minute drive to the major stores including KP Mall.
