*Apartment is 550 sq ft. *Please note that a fob is needed (always) after initial entry is granted (for entry into building, garage, amenties). Losing the fob will incur a charge *Please note that any stains or damages will incur further charges *Please make sure to cover the mattresses or couch with sheets should you wish to sleep on them *Please take shoes off at the front entrance *Please turn lights off when leaving or not using the space *Please leave place as tidy as possible *Please put empty cans, bottles, recycling by front entrance *Please be mindful of the delicate furniture - stains and scratches will incur further charges (be mindful of the chair next to the TV stand - do not push against the wall - you will see dents that have been made, and be mindful of food/drink on couch, cushions, and dining chairs) *Please do not allow pets on furniture *Please do not step on the balcony windowsill - due to weight not being distributed properly when stepping, there is a noticeable crack that is emerging (loosing sill) *Please do not put food down the garburator in the sink *There is a white binder on the TV stand with all the other important information such as wifi, garbage , and house rules and recommendations. *Towels (8) and extra blankets (2) are in the closest in the main bedroom. *No AC - fans only (eco-friendly) - 2 mini fans at bedside, 1 ceiling fan, and 1 large portable fan *Kettle and Keriug - complementary coffee/pods (not for full stay) *Air fryer *There is a Starbucks, Rexall, and T&T (grocery store) across the street. *Ubers, taxis, buses, and skytrain (less than a 5 minute walk) are available for transportation *Early check-ins or late check-outs will be at an additional cost *Please note that the City of Vancouver has changed its rules/policies on STRs. This is my primary residence. Therefore, you will see clothes (tucked away) and food in the unit. I do my best to keep everything separate while I host.
