Do you enjoy experiencing a UNIQUE and QUIRKY space while visiting Campbell River? If so, then this place is for you! VIEWS: Enjoy stunning views of the Campbell River estuary, the ocean, and the mountains from your cute private space or walk to Mercury Marina that is situated in front and is part of the property. Enjoy the beach area and watch the seals. BUILDING: The space is a converted Recreation Building and Guest Lodge. It is located at the end of the road within a mobile home complex for 55+ retirees. This space is separated in that it can accommodate a family to include children. It has a truly unique and quirky layout. LAYOUT: This space has its own separate entrance, and it sleeps up to five people. Once you walk through the garage you will see the games area where there is a minibar, foosball table, mini pool table, and the first bathroom with a shower and laundry unit. When you go up the stairs (15 steps) and enter the suite, the sitting room to your left has a sofa bed and table with a smart T.V. There is a doorway separating the living space to the bedroom where there are two twin beds and a comfy place to read your book. Walk through the kitchenette that has an induction stove, toaster oven, a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, and Keurig machine. Basic cutlery is present in case you order-in. Eat while enjoying the views in your cozy space and help yourself to the snacks provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and we provide quality towels, shampoo and other necessities that will make your stay more comfortable. On the other side of the bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with its own T.V. GENERAL: This space is great for those wishing to have a quiet retreat and you want to stay in a unique space. No smoking, no pets (no exceptions, sorry!), no parties here, no loud music or late-night outdoor partying. This is a great spot to find some peace and quiet, and our neighbors feel the same way.

This unit is found in Cameron's Mobile Housing, a quiet 55+ adult oriented area. However, families are welcome in our space as it is not technically part of the complex and it is not a mobile home. This unit is a converted mini-lodge with a sleeping loft upstairs and a mini-games room and bar downstairs. It overlooks Mercury Marina- situated on the CR Estuary. You are welcome to walk the pier or rent kayaks to explore the wildlife. The beautiful view of the estuary makes this is truly unique place to stay.
