A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. ✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦ ⦿ There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located in the main and back door entrance, only to monitor outdoor activity. This device will be ONLY record with motion detection and not 24/7 NOTE: - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
