All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards. KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed. • No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. • Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. • Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. • Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.
