Enjoy epic 180° mountain views from your top floor, 1 bed, lofted cozy condo in Canmore! You'll love the stunning unobstructed views as you take in the evening sun on the west facing deck or from the bright and sunny open concept living area with huge two story vaulted ceilings. Relax and unwind in front of the fireplace or enjoy A/C after a day of adventure. Located a short walk from shops, restaurants, galleries, river walking trails and the heart of downtown. Mountain town living at its best! This 1 bedroom, loft style condo is split onto two levels and is fully equipped for a relaxing stay in Canmore! The upstairs has a king size bed, full bathroom and views of the surrounding mountains that will take your breath away. The downstairs has a full kitchen, living room and half bathroom. The comfy sofa can be converted into a double bed. The condo sleeps up to 4 people; perfect for families, two couples or a group of four friends. Enjoy all of the comforts of home including a fireplace, BBQ, cable TV, wifi, speakers, washer, dryer, dishwasher, in floor heating, air conditioning and a deck to unwind with a beautiful view. The building includes a heated parking garage and gym.
I enjoy the great outdoors and small mountain town living. Hiking and camping in the summer, or skiing and hockey in the winter. I also love to travel and enjoy getting out to explore different parts of the world whenever I can. I split my time between the Kootenays in BC and the Rocky Mountains of Alberta. I hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful corner of the world! Guests will have the entire property to themselves to enjoy beautiful Canmore. Canmore's Main Street is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Canmore's locally owned and operated businesses, shops and restaurants offer an amazing variety of services, shopping, art galleries and delicious food and beverages. Canmore is located 100km west of Calgary, 24km east of Banff National Park and 80km east of Lake Louise. The downtown area is best explored on foot! Lots of time to take photos of the beautiful scenery. Bike rentals are also available in town. The condo includes one parking space in the free underground parking garage. Additional vehicles may use the street parking, or park around the back of the building. Public transportation to Banff and Lake Louise (ROAM) is also available from the nearest bus stop on the Benchlands overpass. The shuttle bus to Calgary International Airport is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment at the Coast Hotel.
