Licenced. Requires owner to reside onsite (I reside in basement suite). No shared spaces. Safety devices are installed, inspected and maintained. Stunning view overlooking the Thames River on paved nature trail. Quiet, very clean. safety devices are installed, inspected and maintained. Casual-Contemporary. 1600 sqft private guest space PLUS 700 sqft of deck and patio (seasonal access). Large bedroom with streaming TV, double sided fireplace and ensuite. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My cat (Annabelle) is very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photos or filming should be announced at time of booking as special daily rates may apply.
I have been a top host or over 8 years and achieving high scores. I take pride in my property and the guest experience. I will greet at arrival, provide the entry code and give you a short tour/orientation.
The property is located along the Thames River in an exclusive neighborhood of well maintained properties and is very quiet. I have a paved trail behind my home and within 2 minutes walk and perfect for biking, roller blading etc.
