The Dreamers Writing Farm has been in operation since 2018. We have a studio apartment (known as a cottage via booking com), 4 bunkies (bungalows), and 2 prospector tents. We are highly rated on many booking platforms. We have many repeat guests and we're frequently managing a waiting list, especially in the summer!

Beautiful highly-rated 3 acre wooded property, just off Hwy 6 in Hepworth. Hepworth is located 10 minutes outside Sauble Beach. This is a literary themed property, with goats, and a secret garden. You self check-in & out. Our property connects to Northern Dunes Golf Club & is 5 min from Bruce Ski Resort’s Nordic Centre. It's 1 min from Tim Hortons, 7 min from Sauble Beach, 10 from Wiarton & 20 min from Owen Sound. ALL backgrounds welcome. 420 friendly. Please note the following: Our property is located off highway 6, so you can hear the traffic (excluding in our cottage at the back of our property). If you are staying in our cottage, you’ll have a full kitchen, bathroom (available all year), and A/C. For all of our other units (tents and bungalows) there is a compost toilet, an outdoor shower, an outdoor sink, and an outdoor kitchenette, as well as an indoor bathroom with a flush toilet. *IN WINTER BUNKIE GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A SHOWER. Only a compost toilet and wash basin are available between October and May. This is a rustic setup - if you are expecting a fancy hotel, this isn't it. ;) Please understand that this is a “glamping” experience. It’s like camping. This means that the bungalows/bunkies and tents will be hot on hot days, and cold on cold days, although we provide fans & heaters. Our bunkies and Cottage Studio also have A/C. Our rural location means you will see bugs, sometimes inside as well as outside. If you can’t handle bugs, please don’t book! Don’t book with us if camping and all that goes along with it isn’t your thing. Do book with us if you’re looking for an authentic experience on the Bruce Peninsula.

We are a 5 minute walk from Tim Horton's. Hepworth is part of the Town of South Bruce, which also includes Sauble Beach and Wiarton. We are 10 minutes from Sauble Beach and 10 minutes from Wiarton. There are many Bruce Trail access points. Also, checkout all the waterfalls in the area! Swimming, biking, skiing, you name it, it's nearby. We're also 45 minutes to an hour from Tobermory, Cyprus Lake, and the Grotto. Owen Sound is 25 minutes away. We're right in the centre of everything Grey-Bruce Counties have to offer!
