This adorable cottage has everything you could need to experience a comfortable and unforgettable escapade with your loved ones. If you are a wintertime visitor, there is nothing like acurling up on the cottage's comfy sofa and streaming your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV while sipping hot cocoa. Summertime guests can also take advantage of the seasonal pool for a refreshing swim or head to the nearby beach. Then, you can come back home to treat everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs using the gas grill on-site. The cottage also comes equipped with a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, a nice indoor dining area with a smart TV, one bedroom on the first floor, and a cozy sleeping nook on the lofted second floor.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
