La Maison entre Mer et Montagnes is one of the 6 oldest houses in Cap-Chat. Built in 1836, it has 5 bedrooms that have kept the 1830s cozy style. Our B&B is located one mile away from the municipal beach, the wharf, Valmont restaurant, the Cap-Chat river and the village. A lot of activities to choose from!
We are La Maison entre Mer et Montagnes's new owners and thrilled to start this new adventure in the Gaspe area. Come share with us a good laugh, and deep conversations at times, while enjoying a delicious breakfast!
La Maison entre Mer et Montagnes is the perfect spot to go hiking, skiing and snowshoeing in Parc national de la Gaspésie and Matane wildlife reserve, to go walking on the beach, as well as to fish in the St. Lawrence and/or Cap-Chat River, to visit art galleries, Éole Cap-Chat, Exploramer, Mount Lyall agates mine and many other tourist attractions nearby. 400 yards from the ATV and snowmobile trail.
