The view is just breathtaking ! One of the Best Ocean and Mountain Views in Nanaimo! Overlook Pipers Lagoon Park, Shark Islands, and Neck Point park. Unique ans spectacular is just the beginning. It's downright beautiful across Georgia Strait & the Sunshine Coast. The view was more than you could of ever expected. This is a residential house on top of the hill with guest rooms inside, more like an air bnb. Not a hotel unfortunately. Entrance and balcony could be shared. We are a young family with 2 lovely boys, enjoying hosting people from all over the world, so far 18 countries already. Check in: 4 PM --11 PM. Checkout time: 10 AM. Quiet time:10 PM ---6 AM. Capacity notes: Extra person(5 and over) beyond the capacity will cost another 30 per night to stay. Only one extra person allowed in each room. Parking notes: The reservation include one car free parking, extra car will cost another 10 per night. It takes 15 minutes to walk up the hill from the Bus stop to our place. Driving direction: From BC ferry Island Highway-->Departure Bay Rd-->Hammond Bay Rd-->Oakridge Dr-->Sundown Dr-->Gibralter Rock
Welcome to Nanaimo! This is a residential house. not a hotel unfortunately. We are a young family with two lovely boys. We have hosted lots of guests from 18 countries in the last few years, many of them from Europe or North American, some from Australian, Asia, or South American. They are really amazing people. It's so nice and fun to know different cultures. We really enjoy their stay and some conversation with them. Come and enjoy our hospitality. Also our family are flexible and easy going.
