5 star, gorgeous & cozy, newly decorated, high-end decor, guest floor apartment on main floor (not basement) of home. Separate entrance & access to backyard in a quiet neighbourhood. Designed for ultimate comfort, special care given to the finishing touches & details. Ambience is relaxing and soothing, making it the perfect place for a getaway. You have access to fast and unlimited Wifi internet, Smart TV with Netflix and Russian Television. We have provided cookware for the kitchen, including microwave, toaster oven, toaster, kettle, with coffee/tea. The house has a high quality central water filtration system, therefore, you can safely drink the tap water and use it in the kettle or to make coffee. The bedroom has a tempur-pedic mattress. The bathroom has a blow dryer, and a hair straightener/curler, hair spray, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please be assured that we take extensive care to clean and sanitize after every guest, including the couch. Additional: Parking (1 or 2 for additional cost), Few min walk to walking trail, stores, close drive to Hwy 400/404. 15 min walk to GO. 25 min to airport. 2 adults live upstairs. You have the entire main floor apartment of the house to yourself with a separate entrance and nothing is shared. ***Please note there is an enforced laundry limit of 2 loads/week, or 1 load if your stay is <5 days.

Enjoy the quiet neighbourhood, minutes from a long walking/bike trail on one end of the street surrounded by a forest, and a parkette on the other end of the street. Walking distance/few minutes drive: Wal Mart, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Grocery Stores (including Yummy Market, Russian grocery store with large deli and prepared food section, Highland Farms, No Frills), Baskin Robbins, Pizza Nova, Pizza Pizza. Bus stop, GO within walking distance, Hwy 400 and 404 nearby. Close to Pearson airport. Being a prime center location, all nearby cities are closely accessible by car.
