This listing is for one private ROOM ONLY. The room has a lockable door, and you'll receive a key to keep with you when you're away, ensuring your belongings are secure. The room is clean and well-maintained; however, cleaning services are NOT provided during your stay. There are two shared bathrooms (one full bathroom and one powder room) shared among three rooms. Both are cleaned and maintained regularly. You’re welcome to use the shared spaces, including the Living Room, a Family Room with a smart TV, the front porch with seating, and the backyard with outdoor seating. The kitchen is available for light cooking. We provide basic utensils and cutlery, but you’ll need to bring your own cooking oil, spices, and other ingredients. To maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking foods with strong odors, such as raw beef, organ meat or seafood.

The area is safe, well-connected, and provides quick access to main roads and highways, ensuring convenient travel throughout Brampton and the GTA.
