A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. Note: The basement of this property is occupied by a long-term tenant who lives there full-time. Their unit has a completely separate entrance and no interior spaces or advertised amenities are shared. You’ll have full privacy in the home that is advertised on the listing throughout your stay. NOTE: - The balcony has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after snowfall has ended - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
