A garage and driveway are available for parking and everyone will love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of skiing on the world-famous slopes nearby! Snuggle up next to the fireplace on chilly nights and reminisce with friends and family to recharge for the next day's adventures. Whether you are coming for endless powder days or a quiet retreat away from it all with friends, this townhome has it all. Located near Whistler Village, this townhome offers a bit of seclusion while still being close to the Village Center, multiple chairlifts, and hiking trails. In the warmer months, play a few sets of tennis at the tennis club nearby or explore the many trails of Whistler Mountain. Spend a day window-shopping and meandering at Whistler Olympic Plaza where you will find boutiques, gift shops, and a grocery store to stock up your pantry. During the winter months, you will surely want to spend most of your days on the slopes at Whistler Mountain, as the gondola is a short bus ride away (2 dollars.50 bus fee). Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
